Publisher in a Box Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates this website and provides turnkey publishing management, consulting services, white-label advertising technology, syndication services, dashboards, traffic-exchange tools, newsletters, and related digital products (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and safeguard information. By using the Services, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We May Collect
   We may collect personally identifiable information including first name, last name, date of birth where required for eligibility, email address, mailing address, phone number, website URLs, social media page URLs, and payment details processed only through secure third-party providers.

 We collect technical information including IP address, operating system, browser type, device identifiers, application usage data, and interaction behavior.

Any information you submit through applications, onboarding forms, audits, surveys, or software setup may be stored as entered for operational use.

We use cookies, pixels, web beacons, Flash cookies, clear GIFs, SDKs, and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, personalized advertising, newsletter tracking, attribution, fraud prevention, ad delivery, and white-label ad-stack performance.

We track newsletter subscriptions, open rates, clicks, last access time, promotions, and advertising engagement.

If you access Services through social platforms, we may receive public profile data including usernames, profile images, and engagement activity.

Mobile access may collect approximate location by IP, device identifiers, operating system version, and hardware type.

We also collect anonymized, aggregated statistical data for security, reporting, and optimization.

2. Use and Security of Collected Information
   Information is used to deliver Services, operate dashboards and ad-stack systems, perform syndication, provide consulting and turnkey management, verify eligibility, conduct promotions, improve performance, provide technical support, enforce Terms, prevent fraud, and fulfill legal obligations.

Security safeguards include encrypted transmission, access controls, secure hosting, and monitoring. No system is fully secure.

3. Sharing of Information
   We may share data with hosting providers, analytics vendors, email platforms, payment processors, ad-tech vendors, traffic verification services, syndication platforms, and marketing technology partners strictly for operational necessity.

We may share limited performance and revenue data with white-label ad-stack and syndication partners solely to operate, verify, optimize, and pay earnings.

Customer data may transfer in the event of acquisition, merger, or asset sale.

Information may be disclosed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, court orders, or enforcement of rights.

4. Accessing Your Information and Your Choices
   You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data by contacting grow@publisherinabox.com.
5. Promotional Email Communications
   By subscribing to any Offering, you consent to receive newsletters and marketing communications. You may unsubscribe at any time through email links. Administrative and transactional emails will still be sent when required.
6. Cookies Online Advertising and Analytics
   You may manage cookies through browser settings, device privacy controls, and Flash cookie preferences. Blocking cookies may impair site functionality.
   Ad personalization opt-out is available at https://www.aboutads.info.
7. Mobile Advertising
   Mobile devices allow interest-based advertising opt-out through system settings.
8. Third-Party Services and Links
   We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms, ad networks, websites, or software tools.
9. Third-Party Pixels and Email Matching

10. Children’s Privacy COPPA
    Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Parents may request deletion of any data via grow@publisherinabox.com.
11. CCPA and CPRA California Residents
    California residents may request data categories collected, business purposes, third-party sharing, correction, deletion, and opt-out of targeted sharing. We do not sell personal data. Requests may be submitted to grow@publisherinabox.com.
12. GDPR EU and EEA Residents
    Legal bases include contractual performance, legitimate interests, consent, and legal compliance. EU users may request access, portability, restriction, erasure, and objection via grow@publisherinabox.com.
13. White-Label Ad-Stack and Syndication Data Disclosures
    Participation authorizes the deployment of ad scripts, access to dashboards, processing of visitor-level metrics, and sharing of necessary data with monetization partners. Ownership of all content remains with the publisher.
14. Policy Updates
    This Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms govern access to and use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Use
   You must be at least 18 years old and use the Services for lawful purposes only.
2. Services Covered
   Services include turnkey publishing management, consulting, white-label ad-stack, syndication, dashboards, traffic widgets, newsletters, APIs, and software tools. Separate signed agreements may govern specific programs.
3. User Conduct
   You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, abuse, automate, or misuse any system, script, dashboard, or software. Platform violations are prohibited.
4. No Guarantee of Results
   Traffic, revenue, platform approvals, and monetization outcomes are not guaranteed. Results depend on third-party platforms, algorithms, advertiser demand, niche, seasonality, and content quality.
5. Intellectual Property
   All Company systems, code, tools, dashboards, documentation, and content are owned by the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
6. Payments
   All payments must be made on time through approved processors. Access may be suspended for non-payment.
7. Third-Party Platforms
   Services depend on Facebook, Google, ad exchanges, syndication platforms, and APIs. We do not control their policies, algorithms, or enforcement actions.
8. Limitation of Liability
   We are not liable for revenue loss, platform actions, algorithm changes, advertiser volatility, technical outages, indirect damages, or lost profits.
9. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless for claims arising from your content, platform violations, unlawful conduct, or misuse of Services.
10. Data Processing and Publisher Obligations
    When participating in any ad-stack, syndication, dashboard, widget, or analytics program, you are the Data Controller and Publisher in a Box Inc. acts as Data Processor. You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy, cookie consent, and legal compliance. You authorize processing for ad delivery, measurement, verification, revenue reporting, fraud detection, and technical optimization.
11. Embedded Data Processing Addendum (DPA)
    This section constitutes the binding Data Processing Addendum between the Company and all publishers using data-enabled Services.

a. Roles
Publisher is the Data Controller. Publisher in a Box Inc. is the Data Processor.

b. Categories of Data
We process website analytics, ad impressions, RPM, geographic distribution, device type, IP address, session behavior, syndication metrics, and dashboard reporting data. We do not process government ID, sensitive health data, or end-user financial data.

c. Purpose of Processing
Processing is limited to ad delivery, revenue measurement, syndication, optimization, fraud prevention, verification, and reporting.

d. Processing Instructions
Data is processed only according to written Service Agreements, onboarding documentation, and these Terms.

e. Security
We implement encrypted transmission, access controls, role-based permissions, secure hosting, and monitoring.

f. Sub-Processors
Sub-processors include hosting providers, analytics vendors, ad-tech platforms, verification tools, and infrastructure vendors, all bound by confidentiality obligations.

g. International Data Transfers
Data may be processed in the United States and other operational jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.

h. Data Subject Rights
We assist Controllers with access, correction, deletion, and objection requests submitted to grow@publisherinabox.com.

i. Data Breach Notification
Confirmed breaches will be communicated without undue delay with available mitigation details.

j. Termination and Data Deletion
Upon termination, dashboard access is revoked and processing ceases. Upon written request, Publisher data may be exported or securely deleted except where legally required.

k. Confidentiality
All Publisher data is treated as confidential.

l. Liability
This DPA does not expand liability beyond governing Service Agreements.

12. Compliance Representations
    You represent that your content, data collection, cookies, and advertising practices comply with GDPR, CPRA, CCPA, COPPA, advertising laws, and platform requirements.
13. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, fraud, or non-payment.
14. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Wyoming courts.
