“Case Study: How We Exploded Website Traffic by 400% in Just 2 Weeks”

We took over this Facebook Page + website for our turnkey management program in mid-February.

1. Improve Content Curation
First and foremost, we improved the curation of content.
We started assigning article production of the most viral possible content taken from Facebook Pages that produce the most viral content possible.
We assigned the content quicker and in higher numbers.
We also tested the content out on other pages first so by the time it reached this Facebook Page, we already knew the post had a higher chance of going viral.
2. Upgrading Visuals for Maximum CTR
One of the quickest wins came from redesigning the article image templates. Instead of generic or cluttered graphics, we shifted to bold, eye-catching visuals that stood out in the Facebook feed.
We emphasized clear fonts, strong color contrast, and layouts that instantly conveyed the article’s theme without giving away the entire story. This approach piqued curiosity and nudged users toward clicking through.
Just as importantly, we ensured the designs complied with Facebook’s guidelines to avoid spam violations. The result? Higher click-through rates, more traffic, and a visual identity that reinforced trust and consistency across every post.
3. Crafting Captions That Spark Curiosity
We shifted away from short, surface-level captions and began writing longer, more informative copy.
Each caption provided genuine value upfront—context, insights, or a helpful takeaway—so readers felt they were gaining something even if they didn’t click. But the real secret was strategic curiosity.
By deliberately holding back the most compelling detail, we created an information gap that nudged people to click through to the website for the full story.
This balance of value + intrigue not only boosted click-through rates but also positioned the page as a trusted, engaging source rather than just clickbait.
4. Leveraging Viral Memes, Photos, and Videos
To boost overall page performance, we expanded beyond just article links.
We began incorporating super-viral memes and photo shares, which naturally drove high engagement, shares, and reactions.
More recently, we’ve layered in viral videos, which Facebook’s algorithm tends to favor. This mix of content types raised the baseline reach of the entire page—meaning that when we did share image + link posts in the comments, they benefited from the increased visibility.
The added bonus? Memes and videos also generated direct Content Monetization revenue, creating a powerful twofold effect: higher reach and additional income streams.
5. Learn To Pivot
Unfortunately the RPM’s on the website attached to this Facebook Page SUCKED big time. Instead of the usual $25 to $35 RPMs most of our sites get for this kind of content, the RPMs were stuck around $8 to $12 – ugh!
After recovering from a hissy fit of thinking about all the missed income and opportunity cost of the traffic we were sending – we decided to start sending traffic to other high RPM websites in our network (that’s also why you only see data for a few weeks in the screenshot above).
This resulted in strong traffic which continued to grow, in tandem with higher RPMs.
