What transfers at close

• Every domain name in the lot, pushed to the registrar account you name.
• Registration history and expiry dates on each name, which is what an aged domain is priced on.
• Any archived content or link history the names already carry.
• Nothing else. A parked lot carries no traffic, no revenue, no accounts, and no email list.

Price a parked lot on the names alone. The seller confirms the exact list of domains in writing before escrow funds.

Open Market listings publish as the seller submits them. PIB did not audit this asset, and the page says so rather than dressing a claim as a fact.

Verify during the transitional admin window, while Escrow.com still holds your funds. Escrow releases only after you confirm every transfer milestone.

How the deal runs

From first contact to funds release

   Verify your identity

   Buyers complete KYC through Persona. Verification takes minutes and keeps unqualified buyers out of seller diligence.

2. 02

   Offer directly

   Open Market listings take offers straight from verified buyers. The seller accepts, counters, or declines. An offer binds intent, not money.

3. 03

   Run your own diligence

   Ask for payout statements, a live dashboard walkthrough, and entity documents. Nothing on an Open Market listing is audited by PIB.

4. 04

   Agree how you will pay

   You and the seller settle this between you. PIB does not hold the funds, take a cut, or sit in the middle. PIB recommends an escrow service for anything above a few thousand dollars, and the arrangement is yours to make.

5. 05

   Transitional admin, 48 to 72 hours

   You join as an admin while the seller stays in place, so access changes gradually and the asset stays clear of platform flags.

6. 06

   Transfer, then tell PIB

   Ownership moves on the terms the two of you agreed. The seller tells PIB the asset sold, and the listing is marked sold and the renewal stops.

Unlocking opens the seller's own detail, the seller conversation, and the offer panel. An offer binds intent, not money. On a self-listed asset the two of you close the deal directly and PIB is not a party to it.
