Keys 1 to 9 pick a tile, Enter moves on. A valuation is an opinion, not an audit, and the range is an estimate until PIB verifies the numbers.

PIB Marketplace Brokerage.

Grow it with PIB, then list higher.
When the fixes are worth more than the wait, the plan says so and puts dollars on each one. PIB grows the asset with you through Turnkey Management, or coaches you there through Elite Consulting, then lists it at the higher number.

Why 15x to 30x for a Facebook page?
A buyer funds two to three years of current earnings up front and expects the page to keep paying after that. 15x monthly earnings is where a page with a thin history, a weak US share, or an open violation clears. 30x is where a clean, growing, paid-out page in a high-demand niche clears. Seven factors decide where an asset sits between the two. A content website prices at 28x to 40x because it owns its domain, its traffic history, and its advertising relationships.
What decides self-serve or brokerage?
The midpoint of the range. Under $50,000 the Open Market is the faster track: you list it yourself for a flat fee, no success fee, and PIB takes no cut of the sale. From $50,000 the asset qualifies for PIB Marketplace Brokerage: no listing fee, a success fee only when it sells, a verified Professional Asset Valuation, and the brokerage team promoting it. The plan tells you which one, and what would move you across the line.
Is the estimate a listing price?
No. A valuation is an opinion of what the asset is worth today, built from what you typed. The listing price is what you ask, and the sale price is what a buyer pays after diligence. On a verified asset the three sit close together. The plan suggests an ask at the midpoint and tells you what proof to gather so a buyer believes it.
Bands in force: Facebook page 15x to 30x monthly earnings, content website 28x to 40x. Accounts on other platforms run through the Facebook page band as an indicative range until PIB publishes platform bands. A valuation is an opinion, not an audit or an appraisal. Buyers run independent due diligence. Sellers warrant the accuracy of submitted data.
