Selling several assets
Sell them together.
A bundle packages 2 or more of your listings into one sale with one asking price. Buyers who want the whole operation get somewhere to make that offer, and buyers who want one asset are not shut out.
The bundle is its own listing
It gets a page, a price, and offers of its own, the same as any asset on the marketplace. Buyers make one offer for the whole set.
Each asset stays on sale alone
Nothing is taken down. A buyer who wants one page can still buy that page, right up until the bundle goes under contract.
No second listing fee
Each asset already paid its own. Bundling costs nothing on top of what you have already spent.
A bigger number changes the track
Three $20,000 pages asking $60,000 together cross into PIB Certified: from $50,000 there is no listing fee and PIB values, verifies, and sells the package with you for a success fee.
One buyer, one transfer
The bundle transfers every asset in it, whole, in one deal. When a bundle sells, every asset in it goes under contract with it.
You can undo it
Add an asset, take one out, or take the bundle down entirely, any time before you accept an offer on it.
