Is the buying and selling of assets against terms of service?
Technically, Meta's terms prohibit the direct sale of Pages. In practice, this is rarely enforced, but that doesn't mean you should ignore it. We do things above board and exactly how they need to be done. You acquire the legal entity (LLC) that owns the Business Portfolio, which owns the Page. This is an entity-level transfer, the same mechanism used in M&A transactions globally. Staying compliant matters not just for peace of mind, but so you can earn without payout issues, avoid any risk of restriction, and be able to resell or flip the asset cleanly when the time is right.
How does Publisher in a Box verify buyers and sellers?
Every buyer and seller goes through a screening process. Sellers must provide asset documentation, revenue history, and compliance records. Buyers must demonstrate financial qualification. Publisher in a Box manages the entire process to ensure a safe, transparent transaction for both parties.
How is the transaction protected?
All transactions go through third-party escrow. Funds are held until every transfer milestone is verified: admin access, full ownership, website, automations, and documentation. Escrow is only released when both parties confirm completion.
How do I know what my asset is worth?

Most transfers complete within 7–14 business days from the point both parties are verified and escrow is funded. This includes LLC transfer, Meta Business Portfolio migration, website handoff, automation setup, and full documentation delivery.
