Pricing

Fees that scale with the sale.

A Direct Listing under $50,000 costs a flat fee. An Elite Listing from $50,000 costs a success fee only. Escrow fees go to the escrow provider.

Two tracks

List it direct, or have PIB sell it.

Sell

The sale price picks the track. To $49,999 a Direct Listing is yours: you list it and you close it. From $50,000 an Elite Listing is brokered by PIB, which verifies, values and sells it with you for a fee at close.

PIB Elite

Elite Listings.

From $50,000

From $50,000 there is no listing fee. PIB does the work below and earns 15 percent to $99,999, 10 percent from $100,000, after the escrow provider releases the funds.

  1. 01

    The compliance check

Payouts, violations, and account standing reviewed line by line before the listing goes live.

  2. 02

    Professional Asset Valuation

Two numbers: what the asset is worth today and what it should be worth. When the gap is wide, PIB recommends growing first and lists it at the higher number.

  3. 03

    Buyer vetting and NDA

Buying power checked and the NDA signed before full detail opens to a buyer.

  4. 04

    PIB runs the entity transfer

The entity that owns the asset changes hands, with the templates and the process behind it, and PIB stays on the deal from escrow to transfer.

  5. 05

PIB can keep running it after the close

Turnkey Management puts the PIB team on the asset for the buyer from the day the transfer closes, so the asset arrives with its operation in place.

  6. PIB verifies, values, and sells it with you. No listing fee. PIB is paid when you are.

Questions

Before you commit.

6 answers

When is each fee charged?

The listing fee is charged when a Direct Listing publishes, and again every 6 months if you renew. The success fee on an Elite Listing is charged after the escrow provider releases the purchase funds to you. PIB cannot take a success fee on a deal that does not close.

What if the asset does not sell?

You owe no success fee, because there is no sale to charge against. A Direct Listing fee pays for the 6 months the listing is live and is not refunded. An Elite Listing has no listing fee, so an unsold Elite asset costs you nothing.

How do renewals work?

A Direct Listing runs for 6 months. At the end of the term you renew at the same fee your band carries, $19 at the bottom of the ladder and $49 at the top, or you let it expire. The fee chart above has the figure for every band. Elite Listings stay live until the asset sells or you withdraw it.

Who pays the escrow fee?

The buyer pays it to the escrow provider when the deal funds. It is quoted at funding and it is never a PIB fee. PIB never holds purchase funds.

What does self-disclosing mean on a Direct Listing?

You list the asset and the numbers publish as seller-reported. The listing says so on its face. PIB does not run the compliance check or the Professional Asset Valuation on a Direct Listing, which is why there is no success fee. Buyers run their own diligence and the escrow provider settles the deal.

What happens at $1,000,000 and above?

The sale is structured on a call. There is no listing fee. The success fee, the buyer list, the deal structure, staff continuity, and earn-outs are agreed in writing with counsel before anything goes live.

You know the number. Now list it.
