PIB Marketplace vs Investors Club.
Investors Club reviews every listing and publishes an independent report with it. PIB is a publishing company that runs a marketplace, and its verification goes where a report cannot: the payout history and account standing of a publishing asset.
Competitor details as published on their sites on September 2, 2026. Every PIB figure comes from the fee schedule.
Why publishers choose PIB
Six things only a publisher does.
PIB publishes for a living and built this marketplace for itself first. Each card states what that buys you, then what Investors Club does on the same line.
- 01
Publisher-grade verification
PIB collects Meta content monetization payouts on its own pages every month. On every PIB Certified listing it reads the seller's payout history line by line and reviews account standing, past strikes, and appeal history before the listing goes live.
Investors Club
Investors Club reports on financials and traffic for websites. Meta payouts and violation history are outside its process.
- 02
The grow-first valuation
A PIB valuation names two numbers: what the asset is worth today and what it should be worth once it operates the way the category rewards. When the gap is large, PIB recommends growing first and then listing at the higher number.
Investors Club
Investors Club lists the business as it stands.
- 03
PIB can run the asset after the close
Turnkey Management puts the team that already runs publishing assets on your new asset from the day the transfer closes. You acquire cash flow instead of acquiring a workload.
Investors Club
The buyer runs the business alone after migration.
- 04
Entity transfers, not account handovers
The LLC that owns the Business Portfolio changes hands, with the templates and the process behind it. The transfer holds up under Meta's terms and the asset keeps earning.
Investors Club
Asset purchase agreement and site migration. PIB's default is an entity transfer with the Business Portfolio inside it.
- 05
No buyer fees
Buyers read full listing detail, make offers, and run diligence at no charge. A buyer pays the purchase price and the escrow provider's fee, and nothing to PIB.
Investors Club
Investors Club is also free for buyers, as published. Neither marketplace charges a buyer to read full detail.
- 06
Both tracks
Open a Direct Listing to $49,999 with a flat fee and no success fee, or let PIB verify, value, and sell it with you as an Elite Listing from $50,000 with no listing fee.
Investors Club
One reviewed track that is free to list, as published. No concierge sale run by the marketplace.
Line by line.

What gets verified
What each marketplace checks before a listing goes live.
Read line by line on every Elite Listing. Direct Listings publish as seller-reported and say so on their face.
Not part of the process.
Account standing, past strikes, and appeal history reviewed before a Certified listing goes live.
Outside the listing process.
Verified on Certified listings, with a standardized data room so buyers compare like for like.
Covered in the independent report on each listing, as published.
Audience quality, US share, niche durability, and algorithm exposure.
Traffic analysis for the site. No social audience read.
Buyer side
What a buyer pays and what a buyer has to prove.
Free. Every published listing, price, and multiple is open.

After the close
Who is still standing next to the asset.
You, or PIB through Turnkey Management under a revenue share. You decide after diligence.
The buyer, alone.
A transitional admin period while Escrow.com holds the funds, and a stability commitment from the seller after the transfer.
Investors Club runs the migration and releases the funds when it completes, as published.
PIB stays on the deal from escrow to asset transfer, and answers after it.
Marketplace support through migration. No operating support after it.
Turnkey Management or Elite Consulting on the asset you bought, from the company that verified it.
None. Investors Club is a marketplace, not a publishing company.

Where Investors Club is stronger
Investors Club gives buyers something few marketplaces do, an independent report on every listing before the first question is asked, and it does it at fees that are hard to argue with, as published. For a standalone content site, it deserves a look. PIB competes on the things a report cannot reach for a publishing asset: the payout history, the account standing, the entity transfer, and who runs the asset after the close.
What Investors Club does well
- Independent report. Every listing carries a report on financials, traffic, and flagged discrepancies, as published, so a buyer starts diligence with a document instead of a blank page.
- Manual review. Every listing is reviewed and approved before it goes live, and stale listings drop off, as published.
- Low fees. The homepage states free listing and a 0 percent success fee, as published.
- Breadth. Content sites lead, and the marketplace also lists SaaS, ecommerce, service businesses, and channels.
Both marketplaces are free for buyers.
Investors Club states free to buy with no hidden costs, as published. PIB charges buyers nothing either: no commission, no fee to read full detail, no fee to make an offer. The only cost a buyer carries on PIB is the escrow fee, paid to the escrow provider.
Three questions.
Investors Club is free to list. Why pay PIB?
Under $50,000, PIB charges a flat listing fee per 6 month term and no success fee. From $50,000 up there is no listing fee and PIB earns a success fee only after escrow releases. What that buys is the compliance check, the Professional Asset Valuation, the entity transfer, and the option to have PIB keep running the asset. Weigh that against a report.
Does PIB publish a diligence report?
PIB Certified listings ship with a standardized data room: revenue history, traffic data, primary expenses, and operating entity records, plus the valuation report. You read the same document set on every Certified listing.
Which marketplace is right for a site with a Facebook audience?
PIB. The page network and the site are valued and verified together, the transfer moves the entity that holds both, and the buyer pool is looking for that combination.
