PIB Marketplace vs Motion Invest.
Motion Invest vets content sites before listing and holds the funds through the transfer. PIB is a publishing company that runs a marketplace for publishing assets, including the social side Motion Invest does not touch.
Competitor details as published on their sites on September 2, 2026. Every PIB figure comes from the fee schedule.
Why publishers choose PIB
Six things only a publisher does.
PIB publishes for a living and built this marketplace for itself first. Each card states what that buys you, then what Motion Invest does on the same line.
- 01
Publisher-grade verification
PIB collects Meta content monetization payouts on its own pages every month. On every PIB Certified listing it reads the seller's payout history line by line and reviews account standing, past strikes, and appeal history before the listing goes live.
Motion Invest
Motion Invest verifies traffic and earnings on content sites. Meta payouts and violation history are outside its model.
- 02
The grow-first valuation
A PIB valuation names two numbers: what the asset is worth today and what it should be worth once it operates the way the category rewards. When the gap is large, PIB recommends growing first and then listing at the higher number.
Motion Invest
Motion Invest lists the site as it stands.
- 03
PIB can run the asset after the close
Turnkey Management puts the team that already runs publishing assets on your new asset from the day the transfer closes. You acquire cash flow instead of acquiring a workload.
Motion Invest
The buyer runs the site alone after the transfer.
- 04
Entity transfers, not account handovers
The LLC that owns the Business Portfolio changes hands, with the templates and the process behind it. The transfer holds up under Meta's terms and the asset keeps earning.
Motion Invest
Domain and site transfer, which is right for a website. Motion Invest does not transfer social assets or the entities that hold them.
- 05
No buyer fees
Buyers read full listing detail, make offers, and run diligence at no charge. A buyer pays the purchase price and the escrow provider's fee, and nothing to PIB.
Motion Invest
Buyer fees are not published here.
- 06
Both tracks
Open a Direct Listing to $49,999 with a flat fee and no success fee, or let PIB verify, value, and sell it with you as an Elite Listing from $50,000 with no listing fee.
Motion Invest
One vetted track. No owner-listed route.

Account standing, past strikes, and appeal history reviewed before a Certified listing goes live.
Outside the listing process.
Verified on Certified listings, with a standardized data room so buyers compare like for like.
Verified before listing, as published.
Audience quality, US share, niche durability, and algorithm exposure.
Traffic sources and history for the site. No social audience read.

After the close
Who is still standing next to the asset.
You, or PIB through Turnkey Management under a revenue share. You decide after diligence.
The buyer, alone.
A transitional admin period while Escrow.com holds the funds, and a stability commitment from the seller after the transfer.
Motion Invest moves the site and releases the funds once the transfer completes, as published.
PIB stays on the deal from escrow to asset transfer, and answers after it.
Marketplace support through the transfer. No operating support after it.
Turnkey Management or Elite Consulting on the asset you bought, from the company that verified it.
None. Motion Invest is a marketplace, not a publishing company.

Where Motion Invest is stronger
Motion Invest is a clean venue for a small content site. It vets every listing, holds the funds through the transfer, and its buyers know what a display-ad site is worth. If your asset is a website with no social side, it deserves a look. PIB covers the whole publishing business, the page network, the site, the entity, and the payout history, and competes on what it can verify across all of them and on what happens after the close.
What Motion Invest does well
- Vetting. Every site is vetted and verified before it lists, as published, so a buyer starts from a screened book.
- Content-site focus. Listings are display-ad and affiliate sites, and the presentation matches how those buyers read traffic and earnings.
- Funds held through transfer. Motion Invest holds the money until the site has moved, as published, which takes escrow setup off both parties.
- Small-site liquidity. The marketplace is a known venue for content sites at price points many brokers will not take.
PIB lists what Motion Invest does not.
Motion Invest lists websites and YouTube channels. PIB lists the full publishing business: Facebook page networks, the sites behind them, email lists, aggregators, and the entity that holds them, and it can keep running the asset for the buyer after the close.
Three questions.
My asset is a content site. Why list on PIB instead?
If the site has a social audience feeding it, PIB values and verifies both halves together, and the buyer pool is looking for exactly that. If it is a standalone site, compare the fee schedules and the buyer pools and pick the venue that fits.
Does PIB vet listings the way Motion Invest does?
On Elite Listings, yes and further. PIB runs a compliance check on payouts, violations, and account standing, and a Professional Asset Valuation, before the listing goes live. Direct Listings publish as seller-reported and say so.
Who holds the money on a PIB deal?
Escrow.com. The buyer funds escrow directly and PIB never touches the purchase funds. The escrow fee is paid by the buyer to the escrow provider and is never a PIB fee.
